The Greater Dallas Chapter AFP Mentorship Program pairs new fundraisers with experienced colleagues who can share professional guidance through a one-on-one mentor partnership.

The cornerstone of professional development is the ability to learn from your peers. Our goal is to provide a structured networking opportunity that connects new and experienced fundraisers from within the Greater Dallas AFP membership.

The Greater Dallas Chapter AFP Mentorship Program:

  • Gives new fundraising professionals an opportunity to discuss and collaborate on the challenges they are facing, regardless of the size of the organization they serve.
  • Gives experienced fundraising professionals an opportunity to pay it forward by offering guidance and support to the next generation.
